It usually takes 4-7 working days (Monday to Friday) from the time you order until the package arrives with you.

Packages from Kundelab are sent with MyPack, which is a service provided by PostNord Logistics AS. As soon as your package is delivered to PostNord, you will receive an e-mail with the package's consignment number. With the consignment number, you can track the package on PostNord's website at any time.

When the package is ready for collection, you will receive information about which delivery location the package is at by e-mail, and SMS if you enter your mobile phone number during the order.

Unfortunately we do not offer express delivery and do not have the opportunity to speed up packages. It can sometimes take a few days before your order is sent, but the order must be with you within 6 working days of you placing the order.
