How will I be refunded upon return?

As soon as your return has arrived and been approved in our warehouse, the money for the returned items will be refunded to you. It can take up to five business days (Monday to Friday) from the time we refund the amount until you see it in your account.

How the repayment takes place depends on which payment method you used. If you have used a card payment, the money for the returned items will be refunded to your bank account / credit card.

If you have used PayPal as a payment method, the money for your return will be refunded to your PayPal account. By logging in to your PayPal account, you can decide for yourself whether you want to keep the money there or transfer it to your bank account.

If you paid for your order with an invoice and subsequently decided to return part or all of your order, we ask you during the return process on the website to state the account number you want to be refunded to. The same applies if you have used prepayment.

When using a gift card, the money will be refunded to your Kundelab account.

We remind you that it can take up to three weeks from the time you submit a return package until we receive it.

In some cases, you may be refunded already at scan when you have handed over your return package to PostNord.

If you have registered your return several times for the same order, it may be that only a few of the items are refunded by scan, as only these items were registered on the return label pasted on the outside of the package. The remaining items in the return package will be refunded in the usual way upon receipt at the warehouse.

We therefore ask for your patience as it can take up to three weeks from you handing in a return package until we receive it. If you have not received a return confirmation within this time, please contact our customer service representatives.

We would like to inform you that refund by card payment in these cases may be visible by the order date in your online bank. We therefore ask you to also check at the order date for your refund if you do not find this at the refund date. We ask you to check for the refund in your online bank, as it is not always as visible in mobile banking.
