If you are not satisfied with your items, simply send them back to us - completely free of charge.
All items, including sale items, can be returned within 100 days. We can only accept returns of unused items, and recommend that shoes are tried on a carpet or other soft surface. Tags must not be removed, and the products must not be soiled in any way. When returning shoes, the original shoe box must be included.

Swimwear and underwear have the same return policy as all other items. Remember that swimwear and underwear can only be tried on over clean underwear.

Clothes usually arrive in a transparent plastic bag. It is not necessary to put the clothes back into these plastic bags. 

Remember! If you have purchased with an invoice and return items after the 30-day payment deadline, it is important that you pay your invoice. The amount will be refunded again as soon as we receive your return.
