100 Day Free Returns
We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. That is why we offer 100 day free returns on all products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us free of charge within 100 days from the date you received your order.
This return policy applies to all products, including sale items.
Return conditions
To approve a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original condition
• All tags must still be attached
• The product must not be dirty, damaged, or altered
If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to approve the return.
Returning shoes
When trying on shoes at home, we recommend trying them on a carpet or other soft surface.
For shoe returns, the following conditions apply:
• The shoes must be unused
• The original shoe box must be included
• The shoes must not show signs of outdoor use
Returning underwear and swimwear
Underwear and swimwear can also be returned within 100 days.
For hygiene reasons, the following conditions apply:
• The items must be unused
• They must only be tried on over clean underwear
• All tags must remain attached
Packaging for returns
Clothing often arrives in a transparent plastic bag.
You do not need to place the items back in this plastic bag when returning them.
The most important requirement is that the items are returned in good condition and with the tags still attached.
Returns when paying by invoice
If you chose to pay by invoice, the payment deadline is normally 30 days.
If you return items after the invoice due date, you must still pay the invoice by the deadline.
Once we receive and approve your return, the amount will be refunded to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible.
When the return is approved:
• the amount will be refunded to the original payment method
• or returned to you if the invoice has already been paid
Returns are usually processed within a few business days after the package arrives at our warehouse.
