Do you want to return an item? It's easy and free, you will find return forms on your customer account that you can print out.

Register your return in the customer account
Return a product

a) Go to “Return items”

b) Select the items you want to return and select the reason.

c) Done! You can now print a return form

How to pack the goods?

Pack the items in the original packaging and place them in a suitable box together with one part of the return form. You can use the box the goods were sent in, or another box if you wish. Close the box securely, and paste the other part of the return form on the outside of the box. Please paste the new note over the old one. Alternatively, you can remove the old one to prevent the wrong drop from being scanned.
