1. Add items to the shopping cart
a) When you decide on a product and the desired size and color, you can add it to the shopping cart by clicking on "buy".
Please note that the items in the shopping cart are not reserved until you have completed the purchase.
b) When you click on the icon in the upper right corner that looks like a bag, you will get to the shopping cart.
Your shopping cart contains an overview of the items you have selected. Here you can quickly and easily see what you have added to the shopping cart and change the size, quantity and color. You also see the totals for the goods and the expected delivery date.
2. Complete the order
Click "Go to checkout" to complete the order. The box consists of four steps:
Step 1 - Login: First you need to login to your account. You will automatically skip this step if you are already logged in.
Step 2 - Address: Select the desired pick-up location. Enter your home address and select the desired delivery location from the list or on the map. Click "select" to continue. You now see your chosen delivery address and your billing address. Edit your selections by clicking on the pens. When you are happy with your choices, click "Next". You will automatically skip this step if you have already selected the delivery location. You can always go back to this step if you click on "Address" in orange at the top.
Step 3 - Payment method: You then select the payment method. Once you have selected your payment method, click on "Next". You will automatically skip this step if you have previously selected payment methods. You can always return to this step if you click on "Payment" in orange at the top.
Step 4 - Confirm: In the second step you will see an overview of your order. You can see if the order will be divided into several packages, and estimated delivery time. Click on the small mark next to a product to remove it from your order. If you want to add more items to your order, click on "Customer Lab" at the top of the page to return to the store. When you return to the check, your previous selections have been saved. Click on the pens to go back and change your choices. In the "Discount code or gift card" box, enter codes. At the bottom you will see your total amount. Click on "Send order" to confirm your order.
Step 5 - Finished: Once you have reached this step, your order is registered!
3. After your order
Afterwards, you will receive a confirmation email with order summary and payment information. The same information can also be displayed in "My Account".
When the order is sent, you will receive a new email. The message contains a tracking ID that you use to track the package.
