How do I change my email, address, or password?

You can easily update your account information at any time by logging into your account.


✉️ Change your email address

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to “My Account” or “Account Settings”

  3. Select “Change email address”

  4. Enter your new email and confirm the change

You may be asked to verify your new email via a confirmation link we send you.


🏠 Change your delivery address

  1. Log in and go to “Address Book” or “My Addresses”

  2. Click “Edit” next to your saved address

  3. Update the details and save

Note: If you’ve already placed an order, contact customer support to update the delivery address for that specific order.


🔐 Change your password

  1. Log in and go to “Account Settings”

  2. Select “Change password”

  3. Enter your current password, then choose a new one

  4. Confirm and save
