Yes, you can exchange! Many of our customers just want a different size, color, or variant – not a refund. We make it easy to exchange instead of returning.

🔁 How do I exchange an item?

1. Try the item at home
   As long as it's unused and in original condition, you’re eligible for an exchange.

2. Visit our return/exchange portal
   There, you can choose exchange instead of refund.

3. Select your desired size or color
   If the item is in stock in your preferred variant, we’ll reserve it as soon as we receive the return.

4. Send the original item back
   Use the return label provided and follow the instructions.

🧾 Important exchange conditions

• Exchanges must be made within the allowed time frame (usually 14–30 days – check our return policy).

• Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

• If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.

• Exchanges are processed faster when you register your preferred item right away.

• You can also leave a note in the return portal if you're unsure what to select.
