My package is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it

Sometimes the tracking shows your package as "delivered," but it’s nowhere to be found. Don’t worry – this is a common issue and can usually be resolved quickly.


🔍 Check these places first

  • With neighbors, housemates, or family members

  • At your building’s reception or front desk (if you live in an apartment or work in an office)

  • Around your porch, storage room, garage, or any other common delivery spots

If your package hasn’t shown up within 24 hours after being marked as delivered:

  1. Contact the carrier using your tracking number. They can often provide more details about the delivery location.
