I haven’t received my package

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package is delayed or doesn’t arrive as expected. Here’s what you should do to track it down:


📦 1. Check your tracking link

When your order was shipped, you should have received an email or SMS with a tracking link. There you can see:

  • The current status of your package

  • Any delivery delays

  • If it’s waiting for pickup

  • If a delivery attempt was made

Tip: Search for the store name in your inbox to quickly locate the tracking email.


🚛 2. Contact the carrier

If the tracking seems stuck or unclear, you can reach out to the shipping provider directly:

If you’re not getting anywhere with the tracking link or the carrier, we’re happy to assist!

Please reach out to us and include:

  • Your order number

  • The name used for the order

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll get in touch with the shipping provider on your behalf and make sure you receive your package, a replacement, or a refund if necessary.


⏳ How long should I wait?

  • Occasionally, deliveries are delayed – especially during holidays or busy sales periods.

  • If it’s been more than 5 business days without any tracking updates, we recommend contacting us right away.
