Can I change the size after I’ve placed my order?

We totally understand—it’s easy to choose the wrong size! Whether or not we can make changes depends on how far along your order is in the process.

✏️ Changing the size before your order ships

If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we can often update the size for you:

  • Contact us as soon as possible via customer support or chat.

  • Provide your order number and the new size you'd like.

  • If the new size is in stock, we’ll update your order accordingly.

The sooner you reach out, the more likely we’ll be able to make the change in time!


📦 If your order has already shipped

Unfortunately, if your order has already left our warehouse, we can’t make changes to the size at that point. But don’t worry – you can still:

🔁 Exchange the item after delivery

  1. Accept the delivery as normal
    Once the package arrives, open it carefully so the item remains in returnable condition.

  2. Register a return or exchange
    Visit our returns portal (or contact us) to request an exchange for the correct size.

  3. Send the item back to us
    Follow the return instructions. Once we receive your item, we’ll ship out the size you requested – if it’s available.

If the size you want is no longer in stock, we’ll offer an alternative or a full refund.


🧾 Important conditions

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Exchanges must usually be made within 14–30 days (check our return policy).

  • Return shipping is typically at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.
