I didn’t receive an order confirmation

You should normally receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes after completing your purchase. If it hasn’t arrived, there may be several reasons – but don’t worry, it’s usually easy to fix.

📬 Start by checking the following

  1. Check your spam or junk folder
    The confirmation email might have been filtered out. Try searching for the store name or keywords like “order” or “confirmation.”

  2. Double-check the email address you used
    If there was a typo in your email at checkout, the confirmation may not have reached you. Look out for small errors like “.con” instead of “.com,” or extra/missing letters.

  3. Wait a few more minutes
    Occasionally, emails may take a bit longer to arrive – especially during high traffic periods. Wait 10–15 minutes and refresh your inbox.

If you still haven’t received your order confirmation, here’s what we recommend:

  • Search your inbox: Try searching using the store name or keywords like "order," "receipt," or "confirmation."

  • Check your bank account: If you’ve been charged, that confirms your order likely went through.

  • Contact our support team: Reach out to customer service and provide:

    • The name used for the order

    • Approximate time of purchase

    • A screenshot of your payment (if available)
